Susan Hammond Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2021, at the age of 79, Susan Hammond of Fairport, New York, born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Thompson "Stubby" Hammond, Jr.; and her parents, Charles Leo and Louise Gallagher (Kennedy). She is survived by: her siblings, Louise Gosselin of Chelmsford, MA and Charles Gallagher of Hampton, NH; her children, Wendy Brooks (Christopher Brooks) of Durham, NH, Monique Boisvert (Eric Boisvert) of Northfield, NH, Meredith Kaufman (Josh Kaufman) of Groton, MA, Andrew Hammond (Becky Hammond) of Grafton, MA and Daniel Hammond (Amy Hammond) of Windham, ME; and her grandchildren, Edmund Hammond, Sam, Charlie, Aidan, Mae, Ganya Brooks, Emma, Erin Kaufman, Ava, Nolan, Addison Hammond and Meara Hammond. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
