He was predeceased by: his former wife Eileen; his sister Jolanta Biernat; and his son-in-law Brian Broomfield. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Donahue); his children, Maureen Broomfield, Kathleen Gawlik (Paul Bradway), Christopher (Becky), Patrick (Jo Anna), Daniel and David Gawlik; his grandchildren, Monica, Emily, Kylie, Riley, Matthew, Leah, Jacob and Nathan; his great grandchild Cameron; his siblings, Albin Gawlik (Geraldine), Alma Stelter (Gordon) and Diane Sampson; and his brother-in-law Clarence Sampson. He is also survived by brother-in-law, Rev. Eugene Donahue SJ; many nieces and nephews.
