He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellen Perkins (Webber) and Donald E. "Don" Perkins; his pet Scott; his close friend Carol Irwin; his sister Sarah Perkins Covell; his sons, Mike D. Perkins and William J. Perkins; his nephew Adrian Bosarge; and his niece Keturah Reedhead.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you wear a mask and donate to the ASPCA.
