It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Barr of Fairport, New York, born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Ray Stubbings, James Stubbings, Francis Austin, Eric Austin, John Austin and Lyle Fair. She is also survived by one brother, three sisters, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
