She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Costanza; her parents, Santo Corino and Marie Corino (Samone); her siblings, Frank, John, Tony, Angelo, Christine, Josephine and Catherine; and her great grandchild Kaiya Rae Purvis.
She is survived by: her children, William R. Costanza and Donna Ferraraccio (Peter); her grandchildren, Melinda Gindick (Mark), Edward Ferraraccio (Monica) and Andrea Purvis (Karl); and her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Charlotte, Elizabeth Rose, Eliana, Raedyn and Josephine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Golisano's Childrens Hospital In Rose's memory.
