He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene D. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward D'Amico (Janet), Gerald D'Amico, Irene Pelletier (Roland), Dorothy Foley, Corrine Baccaro (Gary) and James D'Amico (Lynn); and his aunts, Patricia and Rena Grassi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
