He was predeceased by: his wife Marion. He is survived by: his children, Mary Brizendine, Rick Holliday (Rose), John Holliday, Kathryn Davis, Margaret Yawman (Dave) and Caroline Stark (Peter); and his grandchildren, Chris, Jeff, MaryGrace Brizendine, Erin, Luke, Jenna Holliday, Nathan, Andrew Davis, Nicholas, Daniel, Grace, Caroline Yawman, Emma and Kate Stark.
