He was predeceased by: his wife Ginny; and his parents, Stella Koenig and Louis Koenig. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Koenig (Kimberly), Karen Koenig and Cheryl Koenig (Stuart Pearson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
