It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Cobb (Fairport, New York), who passed away on September 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Laurie Medved (Steve), Michele Perez (Hector), Cheryl Rizzo, David Rizzo (Patti) and Chris Cobb (Patty). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
