He was predeceased by: his wife Syma; and his parents, Andrew Mulich and Catherine Mulich. He is survived by: his children, Mark Mulich and Joelle Maurer; his grandchildren, David Maurer and Jenna Maurer; and his siblings, Terrence (Lucille) and Macrena Sailor (Stephen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
