She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Mustardo and Sylvester Mustardo; and her siblings, Josephine, Nicolina, Edith and Alfred.
She is survived by: her husband Antonio; her children, Doreen MacDonough (Joseph) and Thomas Rizzo (Jean); her grandchildren, Lauren MacDonough, Dr. Alicia Rizzo, Michael Rizzo (Jessica) and Sean MacDonough; her sister Katherine Bingo (Anthony); and her sister-in-law Geraldine Brownlee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make contributions to St Jude's Childrens Hospital or a favorite charity in her memory.
