He is survived by: his children, Adam Van Gelder (Taryn Pohwat) and Rachel Van Gelder (Dan Cox); his granddaughters, Marri and McKinlee; his parents, Carl Gelder and Pat Van Gelder; his sisters, Judy Celentani (Chuck Crawford), Nancy Van Gelder, Ellen Van Gelder and Carol (Dan); and his pet Manny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
