He was predeceased by: his grandfather John R Gividen. He is survived by: his mother Susan Gividen (Ed Stacklyn); his brothers, Ethan Stacklyn of Benjamin Stacklyn, E. J and Edward Stacklyn; his grandmother Donna Burlinggame Gividen; and his pet Tripod. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
