He is survived by: his daughter Destiny Sampsell; his grandson Connor; his siblings, Anita Bains (Tracey Middleton) and John Bains (Esther); his nieces and nephews, David, John, Brenda, Denise and Danielle; and his friend Lauren Frasier. He is also survived by many cousins, great nephews and nieces, and friends.
