He was predeceased by: his wife Yolanda (Gabrielli); his parents, Antonino D'Agostino of East Rochester, NY and Mary D'Agostino of East Rochester, NY; his siblings, Grace Ockenden and Anthony C. D'Agostino; and his siblings-in-law, John Gabrielli, Joseph Gabrielli, Erminio Gabrielli and Mary Gabrielli.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony A. D'Agostino of Fairport, NY and John M. D'Agostino (Miranda) of Park City, UT; his grandchildren, Olivia, Mitchell of Jacob and Michael; his sister Jeanette D'Agostino Banker; and his siblings-in-law, Robert V. Ockenden (Trudy), Mario Gabrielli (Dolores), Gino Gabrielli, Patsy Gabrielli and Flora King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
