With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances D. Osterling of Fairport, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Dispenza and Margaret Dispenza; and her parents-in-law, Abraham and Mary Osterling. She is survived by: her husband Peter; her children, Scott (Erika) and Lynne (Cliff); her brother Steve (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Lorna Clark and Doug Osterling (Makameh). She is also survived by one grandson, and two granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers, Fran requested that donations be made to The National Shrine of St. Jude, 205 W. Monroe St., Chicago, IL 60606.
