With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evan Jeffrey Fernandez of Fairport, New York, born in Sodus, New York, who passed away on June 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeffrey A. Fernandez and Roxanne L. Kolb; his stepmother Patricia L. Fernandez; his siblings, Tara, Lea, Amanda, Mckenna, Nikholas, Shawn, Brandon, Konar and Osjamell; his sister-in-law Alicia; his nieces and nephews, Kaila, Victoria, Briana, Anthony, Xavier, Elioth and Waylon Girlfriend Emily Brown; his great-nephew Arlo Evan Fernandez; his pet Keno; and his close friend Felix Perez.

For Evan's love of the great outdoors, we ask that in lieu of flowers you donate to the Arbor Day Foundation.
