He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCormack and Norah McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Jane; and his children, Eamon McCormack (Leah), Ann Van Roo (Michael), Carol Hennessy (Nigel) and Jessica Davis (Eric). He is also survived by grandchildren; brother and sisters.
