He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnston and Helen Johnston; and his sister Janet. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his sister June Wiltse (Johnston); his children, Roger Johnston (Kim), David Johnston (Lizabeth), Linda Caquatto (David), Kimberley Spiegel (Paul) and Wendy Murad (Michael); and his grandchildren, Justin Wyman, Joshua Johnston, Jennifer Marcaida, Mackenzie Jaworski, Bridgette Caquatto, Bailey Murad, Connor and Justin Spiegel. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
