He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia B. Stein; and his parents, Abram Stein and Mabel [Sachs] Stein. He is survived by: his children, Nancy S. Haney and Michael Stein (Deborah); his grandchildren, Ariel Haney (Zachary Travis), William Stein and Joshua Stein; and his close friend Sandy Rosenthal.
