He was predeceased by: his father Donald. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Goetz; his children, Kimberly Goetz and D. Scott Goetz (Denise); the mother of his children Sue Blum (Charley); his grandchildren, Trinity Spangenburgh, Brenya and Cole Goetz; and his siblings, Nancy Gawron (Larry), Suzi Nannini, Patty Bednarcyk (Gary) and Tom Goetz (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
