We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2024, at the age of 70, Charlotte Ann O'Keefe (Fairport, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Charlotte farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charlotte is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Perkis; her siblings, Janet and Steve Walton; her children, Krista Gascon (Christian) and Kevin O'Keefe (Lyubov); her stepdaughter Carrie Perkis; her grandchildren, Noah and Natalie; and her stepgranddaughter Giuliana.
