He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Evelyn; and his sister Yvonne. He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Chris (Jennifer), Kathy (Glenn) and Amy (Bill); and his grandchildren, Ember, Amanda, Mollie, Jake, Grace, Will, Jack and Adam.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are appreciated to Lollypop Farms in Victor, or to the Advent House in Fairport in Chuck's name.
