He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Parsons and Dorothy Blanchard Russell; his wife Kathleen; his brothers, Don Parsons, Ernie Parsons and Glenn Parsons; his son Ross Parsons Jr.; and his granddaughter Taylor Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Parsons (Cheryl) of Fair Haven and Angela Parsons (Ken) of Red Creek; his sister Irene Harris (Dick); his brother-in-law Pete Smith (Debbie); his grandchildren, Shane (Yulia), Damian, Marina, Krista, Ken III, Kobi (Erin), Kaleb (Katie), Kelsie (Ethan) and Katrina; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Derrick, Emily, Mason, Carter, AmeliaMae and Brooklyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
