Russell; his children, Laura Windhausen (Ron), Ron (Julie) and Mark Wheatley (Melissa); his grandsons, Douglas (Meghan), Tyler, David Windhausen, Lance, Kevin Wheatley (Kelsey), Clint and Levi Wheatley; and his siblings, Ivan Wheatley, Jr. (Diane) and Wava Piela. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
