He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Fraser and Geneva Van Allen Fraser; and his sisters, Evelyn and Millicent. He is survived by: his close friend Elizabeth Coughlin; his children, Steven Fraser (Karen) and Linda Charlton (Randy); his granddaughter Heather LaLone; his great grandchild Emma Joy; and his siblings, Lyle, Clifford, Margorie and Verena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, people may donate to the Suncoast Hospice Foundation, Steven Johnsons Syndrome/USF Tampa, and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
