He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob, Sr. Makuch and Piaza Repeck Makuch; his wife Florence A. Murdie; his children, Merritt Makuch of Theresa, NY, Angela Makuch (Bryan Baty) of Watertown, NY and Dale; his daughter-in-law Robin Makuch of Evans Mills, NY; his siblings, Joseph Makuch of Watertown, NY and Alice Barnam of Watertown, NY; his grandchildren, Merritt Makuch, Jr., Nikole Roshia and Amber Diefenbacher; and his siblings, Anthony, Theodore, Michael, Steven, John, Peter, William Makuch, Anna Tift, Martha Denning, Mary Makuch, Eva Makuch, Katie Trickey, Helen Lehman, Rose Sweredoski and Julia Larson. He was also cherished by four other grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
