He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Pulsifer, and Pearl Pulsifer, Sr.; his son Chuck; his brothers, Frankie, Charles, Robert and Terry; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Dulac, Marcel Boyea and Claude Lemieux.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Tart; his children, Jon, Maria and Heidi; his grandchildren, Dylan Shelly (Carley) and Callie; and his siblings, Rolland Pulsifer Jr. (Clarice), William Pulsifer (Nellie), George Pulsifer (Laurie), Roger Pulsifer (JoAnne), Patricia Aubin (Tim), Martha Boyer Pulsifer and Joanne McFarland (Ken).
