He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Florio and Maria Florio (Scarola); his sons, Robert and Michael; and his siblings, William, Joseph, Rocco, Nancy Fernandez (Raymond) and Nanette Curry (John).
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Florio (Rieder); and his children, Mary Errico (Anthony), Karen Day (Dennis) and Sam Florio. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
