He is survived by: his brother Joseph Costello (Eleanor); his children, Michele McLasky, Jill Costello (Steve Vollor), Michael Costello (Cheryl) and Johnny Costello (Jean Marie); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Ryan McLasky, Benjamin, Matthew Costello, Alexandra Toscano and Lauren DeMarco.
