He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Erich Schlicht and Martha Schlicht (Possinheim); his wife Marilyn A. Schlicht (Hotaling); his sons, Paul Schlicht (Colleen) of Esperance and Carl Schlicht (Lisa) of Sprakers; his grandchildren, Carrie Borthwick, Gretchen Schlicht, Devin Schlicht, Steven Schlicht, Matthew Schlicht and Rachel Schlicht; and his brother Rudolph. He was also cherished by 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
