With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor J. Snyder of Esopus, New York, born in Saugerties, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Gardner and Emma Griffis Gardner; her husband LeRoy; her son Richard; her siblings, Emma McCarthy and Richard Gardner; her stepmother Nita Gardner; and her siblings-in-law, Cliff, Edward Snyder and Helen Gardner (Florence Snyder).

She is survived by: her nephew Jack McCarthy.

Family suggests donations in her memory be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
