With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert A. Oppenheim (Erin, New York), born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oppenheim and Lola Oppenheim (Chappell); and his siblings, Betty Jean Root and Richard Oppenheim. He is survived by: his wife Bernita Oppenheim (Johnson); his children, Joseph Oppenheim of Corning and Deborah Gerlach (David) of Jackson Center, PA; his grandchildren, Jillian Zamora (Raul) of Camarillo, CA, Valerie Oppenheim of Corning and Taylor Gerlach of Jackson Center, PA; his sister Nancy Shuart (Gary) of Elmira; and his sister-in-law Bertha Oppenheim of Elmira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
