It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Clearwater (Erin, New York), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on July 19, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Collin Campbell and Mildred Campbell (Rodee); and her brother Louis Campbell. She is survived by: her husband James Clearwater; her children, James Clearwater Jr. (Tammy), Jaye Clearwater (Mel Gagnon), Jackie Manwaring (Vincent) and Janine Clearwater (William Weed); her siblings, Collin Campbell, Mamie Wise and Bonnie Dyer (Kenneth); her grandchildren, April (Jacob), Autumn (Cameron), Shannon, Martina, Lea, Vince (Kristin), Nathaniel, Krislyn, Ely J. and Vance; and her adoptive children, Steve, Corinne Ludwig, Michael and Shane Grover. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
