We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2022, at the age of 68, Leonard J. Saukas (Erin, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Saukas and Peter Saukas; and his parents-in-law, Gennaro and Ethel Attanasio. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Saukas; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Brian Luke; his brothers, Peter (Linda Saukas) and Gary (Karen Saukas); and his nieces and nephews, Melinda, Jason Kunzman, Kdee, Ryan Raflowski, Paul, Helene Saukas, Brian Luke, Thomas, Racquel Luke, Patrick Saukas and Aaron Saukas. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Southern Tier Food Bank, 388 Upper Oakwood Avenue, Elmira, NY 14903, in the memory of Leonard Saukas.
