He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmons Starkweather and Edna Starkweather; and his siblings, Christopher B. Starkweather and Bonnie Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Susan Starkweather; his children, Christopher Starkweather (Megan) and Jasmine Starkweather; his grandson Julian Starkweather; and his siblings, Audrey Starkweather, Sandra, Kevin Starkweather (Brenda), Wayne Starkweather, Luann Gray (Jeff) and Melody Springstead (Steven). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
