She was predeceased by: her father Charles Harding; her husband Daniel A. Phinney; and her sister Susan Harding. She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Phinney and Michelle Bailey (Jay); her granddaughters, Brianna Armstrong (Doug), Kayla Bailey (Clayton Stephens) and Alexis Bailey; her great grandchild Lucas Bailey; and her siblings, Kimberly Morse (Mark) and Richard Harding (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
