He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Scott (Northrup); his children, Russell "Kat" Scott of West Virginia and Jamie Rounds (Martin) of Erieville; his sister Lori Bruno (Philip) of Oneida; and his grandchildren, Arielle and Konnor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
