He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Douglas and Ruth Abigail Westfall (Ryder); and his brothers, Thomas and Phillip Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Randy Westfall, Tammy Cox (Gary) and Deanna Westfall; and his siblings, Robert Westfall and Abigail Davies (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
