He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar W Sparks and Helen Sparks (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary E Sparks (Bergbauer); his sons, James M (Brenda Sparks) and Robert W (Melissa Sparks); his grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha, Anna and Jason; and his sister Betty Burkett.
