She was predeceased by: her parent Shizuko Gushiken. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hulsaver of Ephratah, NY; her daughter Chasity Hulsaver of Johnstown, NY; and her sister-in-law Connie Fowler (Keith) of Fort Plain, NY. She is also survived by her family in Japan as well as several nieces and nephews.
