He is survived by: his mother Kristina Chase; his siblings, Ashley Chase, Katie Showers, Brian Chase, Kylie Chase and Jayla Stock; his uncles, Aaron Hawley (Sarah Rinker) and Michael (Rosemary Chase); his nephews, Jeremiah Torres and Charles Burrell, III; and his cousins, Colleen Babola, Abagail Chase, Jordan Chase and Elle Chase.
