He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Patrick and Christine Fitzgibbon Burke; and his siblings, Marie Burke and Robert Burke. He is survived by: his wife Laurice Darweesh Burke; his sons, Brian (Lynn), Tim (Meg) and Dave (Susan); and his siblings, Msgr and Ceila Harris. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, and his great-grandson.
