He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fernandez and Dulce Fernandez (Rodriguez). He is survived by: his former wife Stephanie; his children, Stephen Fernandez (Melissa) of Endicott, NY and Kristina Fernandez (Doug Woodruff) of Endwell, NY; his grandchildren, Cristiana and Ava; and his siblings, Frank L. Fernandez of Orleans, MA, Richard (Fernandez), Dulce M. Fernandez (Rich Ladd) and Georgette E. Fernandez of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
