He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moughan and Eva Yanchik Moughan; his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Bonning; his sister Mary Moughan; his siblings-in-law, John Mankus and Donna Dietrich; and his nephew William Mankus.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Moughan (Bonning); his children, Shanon Chambers (Greg), Erin Bardeen (Dan) and Timothy Moughan (Kari Anne Birch); his grandchildren, Carleigh, Eva Chambers, Maggie, William and Colin Bardeen; his siblings, Grace Mankus and William; his siblings-in-law, Lila Moughan, Beverly, Robert Cornell and David Dietrich; and his close friend George Shea. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
