He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Motsko and Sarah Motsko; and his sons, Paul Motsko II and Kurt Motsko. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Motsko; his son Nicholas Motsko (Beth); his daughter-in-law Jean Motsko; his grandchildren, Nicholas Motsko (Jamie), Kristy Motsko and Paul Motsko III; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Autumn and Ivan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Endwell United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society, in memory of Paul.
