She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kozemchak and William Kozemchak. She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her daughters, Tonya Stavana (Ed), Tami Ramirez (Russ) and Tina Sylvester (Scott); her grandchildren, Christopher Stavana, Timothy Stavana, Jared Ramirez, Lia Ramirez, Skylar Sylvester and Morgan Sylvester; her brother Sam Kozemchak (Sally) of Michigan; and her friends, Janice McNally, Ann Battle and Mary Jane Kostyshak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
