She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Kulasza and Katie Kulasza; her siblings, John Kulasza, Martha Maliwacki and Nicholas Kulasza; and her son Daniel.
She is survived by: her husband William; her son David; her sister-in-law Olga Kulasza; and her nieces and nephews, John M. Maliwacki, Marty, Danny Sullivan, Marie, David Williams, Sydney Bouton and Cathy Stevens.
It is requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Nadine's memory be preferably made to the SS.
