He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, William Kostun, Josephine Tanner and William Matthews; his uncle Bill Kostun; his aunt Lorraine Matthews; and his cousin Kelly LaBare.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Brooks; his parents, Madeline Matthews and Daniel Matthews; his siblings, Debbie Loveland (Keven), Sherry Matthews and Daniel Matthews; his niece Karlie Loveland; his nephew Ryan Loveland; his aunts, Nancy LaBare (Gene), Lucille DeBlasio (Nick) and Helen Kostun; and also, Kimberly M. Kostun-Senape, Dave and Angie Adams.
