He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Robert Baileys and Margaret Baileys Kraus; his stepfather Leo Kraus; and his siblings, Patricia Baileys and James Baileys.
He is survived by: his sons, Evan (Lisa) and Ryan; and his sister Kathleen Baileys Schoultz (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
